Between family gatherings and office parties, there’s a good chance the holidays have left you spent – literally! – and feeling a tad sluggish in the health department. So, what better way to start fresh this New Year, we thought, than with healthy recipes from one of our favorite Macy’s Culinary Council Chefs, Takashi Yagihashi?!
Don’t let the Grinch steal your Christmas cheer! Instead, make it a holiday to remember by decking the halls with yuletide gladness. . .
As we gear up for the holidays, it’s easy to reminisce on the past. So, I sat down for a few moments of nostalgia with the ever-busy Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Wolfgang Puck to dish on delicious holiday recipes, fatherhood and his favorite family traditions!
Macy’s Facebook page invited food bloggers from across the country to share their most beloved and original holiday recipes for a chance to win some incredible prizes.
At the end of the month, four winners will be announced: the two recipes with the most Macy’s Facebook fan votes and two Editor’s Choice entries that will be judged – by Food Republic – based on ease of preparation, creativity and overall appeal. All 4 winners receive a $1000 Macy’s Gift Card in addition to bragging rights and a bevy of other amazing goodies.
Once you’ve recovered from your Thanksgiving food coma and those long-forgotten pangs of hunger return, there’s a good chance you’ll be faced with copious amounts of leftovers to make do with. While you may not be able to stomach another slice of turkey breast, how does shepherd’s pie sound? Give your holiday remnants a second life by incorporating them into some of these tasty and exciting dishes...
