While it may still be weeks away, it’s never too early to start preparing for Thanksgiving. So in honor of “Canadian Thanksgiving”– for those who don’t know, our friends in the North celebrate turkey day on Columbus Day – we suggest doing a little test run so there are no surprises come the big feast.
