While definitely the most important meal of the day, breakfast is in fact, my least favorite time to eat – basically because who has the time?! Between waking up and trying to make myself presentable for the day ahead I all too often skip my morning meal. After much talk regarding my grumbling tummy, my Food Republic friends introduced me to a delicious, homemade (and quick!) way to get my day off to a great start – granola!
