Macy's salespeople make you feel uncomfortable when buying mattress from them all because they are trying make more money off the customer . I felt like if I didn't buy the mattress protective cover they would send me a mattress with bedbug so now I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT.

Very DISPLEASED with Macy's poor service. After having account for over 30 years, I am about to cancel credit card. One payment was made late while we were out of town. I believe that we did not receive the statement, but how can you prove a negative? I have paid the bill. The Macy Call Center (HCL Technologies) has been incredibly difficult to work with. Their callers have very poor English skills. Their telephone lines fade in and out so both the caller and I are saying "What did you say?" repeatedly. The callers have been rude, refusing to give their name. The phone rings, and no one is there (I can only assume that they use automatic dialers, but do not have enough personnel to answer when the call goes through)

Please, some one from MACY's tell me why you treat your customers so poorly?
