                               All was calm and quiet, even the shoe floor!
                           Harold had stocked all the Wonderstruck with care
                               Lucky for him, since Taylor Swift was there!

                                Martha & Marcus teamed up to make
                        A ton of Christmas cookies and even a few cakes!
                       Diddy and his doppelgängers had all dashed away
                    And as for Justin Bieber, he joined Santa on his sleigh!

                          Santa was off to spread good spirit and cheer
                            But you can find magic at Macy’s – all year!
                    We wish Season’s Greetings, plus a winter that’s white
                        So Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

I am a single mom struggleing to get by! I hadbthe money to purchase the Justin Bieber perfume set for my 2 girls. I wAS SO HAPPY AND EXCITED!!! I made sure that the delivery date would be before xmas! well today is xmas eve and ups shows up.....I'm so happy. Macys only sent one of two orders!!!!! I ordered 2 sets of the perfume and paid for 2sets......But they brought 1! I have nothing to give one of my girls. THANK YOU MACYS!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!

I'm really disappointed in Macy's customer service. I purchased a pair of Pearl earrings September 2012 and one of the post came off. I contacted their customer service on Monday telling them about the earring. Well they finally got back to me on Friday with a number to call. I called it of course it was in India where the girl I spoke with could not help me. Told me I would have to take it to the store. So I did and no they would not let me exchange it for the same one's and not even offer to repair for free. I was shocked since the "company" is so large that they didn't offer any satisfaction to their consumer.I would not have been upset but I had only had the earrings for a short time before they came apart. Don't think I will purchased anything else from them, with poor customer service and merchandise!!
