butter LONDON's Global Colour Ambassador Katie Hughes created true nail art Monday night, using delicate lace and stones from Emmy Rossum's Met Ball gown to embellish her tips. The design, while gorgeous, also happened to be the most original beauty tribute to the Met's "Punk: Chaos to Couture" theme that I saw. Here's why ...
