Fave Finds! 8 New Products I'm Loving Right Now

My office is kind of like a 24/7 beauty party! Each week dozens of new products cross my desk, and each week I try to spend a little time going through the latest arrivals. Sometimes it's an OMG moment and I just have to shoot a pic to share. (You'll can find all my insta-loves on Macy's Instagram with the hashtag #tonyatakeover.) Other times, things travel home with me or I have a moment in my office where I'm searching for a pick-me-up and discover the perfect fix. However it happened, here's a collection of my fave new finds this week. Enjoy!

Let's start with the duo that had me whipping out my iPhone to capture their cuteness! From clothes to fragrances, Marc Jacobs is genius in so many ways. He knows how to hit the perfect balance between fab and fun, but this newest batch of neon-topped scents are just beyond! They've taken up perm residence on my desk because quite honestly, both Daisy Sunshine & Daisy Eau So Fresh Sunshine are like a daily dose of instant happy ... And they smell that way too!

If your complexion is feeling the mid-winter blues like mine, you're going to LOVE my next 4 finds! I've been waiting for Shiseido's Perfect BB Cream to launch and it's quickly become my daily go-to. The oil-free formula brightens and perfects the look of your complexion but feels like you're wearing nothing. For eyes, one stroke of benefit Fake Up conceals dark circles while diffusing the look of fine lines with a mega-dose of hydrating goodness. And it's ideal for throwing in your bag for quick touchups too!

On Wednesday, not only was it pouring down rain in NYC, but a glimpse in the mirror had me thinking I'd just seen a ghost. Luckily, Estee Lauder's Bronze Goddess Collection arrived in the nick of time! I tapped a little of the Luminous Liquid Bronzer on my cheeks, down the bridge of my nose, and voila - just enough un-ghostly color to have me feeling sunny again. Had the bronzer not been sitting on my desk, I would have reached for my Urban Decay Naked Flushed Compact. This is the best trio ever with bronzer, blush, and a gorg champagne pink highlighter to give your cheekbones an instant glow.

Another Bronze Goddess discovery ... Liquid rollerball lip gloss. It's the modern day version of my childhood obsession - Kissing Potion. Whether you pick up the fresh-squeezed orange or hot pink shade, you're going to love, love, love RollerGloss!

Last but not least, make room in your shower! Ahava just launched a new collection of Body Exfoliators and you're going to covet every single one. My favorite is the Mineral Exfoliator with red algae smoothing beads and the most delish scent that makes my whole bathroom smell spa-like.

With all the revenue Macy's bring in per day,month, and years. The company treats there employees like slaves, barely having enough hours for there employees and only pay minimum wages too and don't want you to complain about it. I think its real sad and in pour class of them to treat there employees this way. At the Macy's Galleria there is a lot of mistreatment to the employees in the ladies shoe department by the manager Linda Kolpolovichs, she should never be in charge of anyone and needs training on how to treat people. After my experience at Macy's, I will never shop or advise anyone I know to seek employment there. I hope that the CEO and any other appropriate party's will look into these matters before it becomes a legal issue.
