Crowds swarmed Macy’s Herald Square last week to catch a glimpse of the store’s new footwear floor and let’s just say they were not disappointed.  Wow. We’re talkin’ 63,000 square feet of totally on-trend, artfully arranged shoes. From Coach and Via Spiga to Sperry Top-Sider and Converse, the glammed up space is every shoe diva’s dream come true.

Even better? The shopping experience itself has gone hi-tech. Thanks to nifty handheld devices, Sales Associates can now have your style & size brought to the floor in a matter of minutes. Which means more time to try on more styles while your man lounges leisurely in the big, comfy chairs enjoying the free WiFi throughout– it’s a win-win!

How come there's so much help in shoes and no help elsewhere in store?
